Should you have a need to return goods back to Defibsplus, the following process should be taken.
Contact defibsplus on 1300 463 334 within 7 days of delivery
Have your purchase order number or invoice number available to help with reference of goods wishing to be returned
Depending on the reason for return. Refunds for products are available at up to 100% of the purchase price providing the products are returned in unused condition and provided they are returned within 14 days. Defibs plus and its members may reduce the amount refunded to the client if the product is damaged or is less than ‘as new’ condition upon return.
Return freight charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any missing items, you must notify Defibsplus within 7 days of delivery.

Standard web order processing time is 1-3 business days from the date the order was originally placed, provided all products ordered are in stock. Defibsplus only ships to Australian addresses.
Delivery time frames are as follows
Standard Australian Post: approximately 2-5 business days
Express post: approximately 1-3 business days
All pricing and shipping costs are shown inclusive of 10% GST. Orders over $200 free shipping.
