Delivery Information
4 CellAED Devices and Kit
CellAED devices will be dispatched within 4 weeks from the date you place your order. Once processed, the manufacturer will send you updates, including delivery progress.
CellAED Kits
If your order includes a Cardiac Emergency Kit, you will receive two separate deliveries:
1. The kit (excluding the CellAED) will arrive first.
2. The CellAED device will ship later, following the timeline outlined above.

All other products
All other products are typically shipped within 5 business days of processing. Delivery is expected within 7 business days.
If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us at info@defibsplus.com.au. Our team will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Supply Chain Disruptions
