DefibsPlus services the whole of Australia. Our goods are shipped from a number of locations and the delivery times will vary depending on the product you have ordered.

Please review the following list so that you are aware of our current delivery times. These may change from time to time based on the availability of stock from our manufacturers and suppliers.

CellAED Devices and Kits

CellAED’s have a battery life of 2 years. Because of this, we ship direct from the manufactuer to you. Once you place and pay for an order with us, we will place the order with the manufacturer.

• Due to the 3G network shutdown, 4G CellAED devices are being manufactured. Goods will be delivered within 8 weeks of your order being placed.
  
• 3G devices are available if you require a CellAED device earlier than August 2024. These devices are fully operational as a life-saving automatic defibrillator. Once the 3G network is shut down, they will stop sending telemetrics to the manufactuer and will continue to operate fully as indicated by the status light which will flash green every 30 seconds
• The manufactuer will send updates to you once your order is processed by them and when it progresses to delivery

CellAED Kits

If you have ordered your CellAED as part of a Cardiac Emergency kit, you will receive two deliveries. Your kit, excluding the CellAED, will arrive first. Your CellAED device will ship later in line with the points raised above.

All other products

All other products are generally shipped within 5 business days of your order being placed. You should recieve the goods within 7 business days.

If you have not received your goods within 7 business days, please email us at info@defibsplus.com.au and one of our team will investigate the issue for you.Due to the 3G network shutdown, 4G CellAED devices are being manufactured. Goods will be delivered within 8 weeks of your order being placed.
