HeartSine – Temporary Supply Chain Delays
What’s happening?
Australia is currently experiencing a supply chain delay for HeartSine defibrillators.
It is expected to last until Quarter 3 2025.
What we are doing to help
To help minimise any inconvenience, we are offering the LifePak defibrillators as a direct substitute at the same price for any orders of the HeartSine 350P, 360P or 500P. This substitution will apply only to orders of these specific devices and includes packages that contain these devices.
We have listed the HeartSine product and the substitutions bellow your reference:
HeartSine 360P – Substitute will be the CR-2E-A – LIFEPAK CR2 Essential FullyAutomatic Defibrillator.
HeartSine 350P – Substitute will be the CR-2E – LIFEPAK CR2 Essential Semi-Automatic Defibrillator.
HeartSine 500P – Substitute will be the CR2 – LIFEPAK CR2 Semi-Automatic Defibrillator with WiFi
Reason for Supply Disruption:
HeartSine is upgrading its manufacturing facilities in Belfast, Ireland to incorporate modern processes that enhance product longevity, quality, and regulatory compliance. These critical updates ensure that future HeartSine AEDs will meet the highest industry standards for durability and performance.
While we work diligently with HeartSine to resolve this issue, we understand the need to ensure you have access to life-saving equipment without delay.
