Perform a quick check to ensure your device is fully operational. Please power on the device(s) and listen for the voice prompt saying “Unit OK.”
Make sure your unit is functional before buying a replacement battery.
Batteries should be replaced within 5 years of the production date.
Note that DefibsPlus does not accept returns if the defibrillator is no longer working. This occurs when the battery has not been replaced within 5 years.
